Jess Williams bends a wealth of fitness industry experience with an incredible passion for improving the quality of life for her clients. In addition to attending numerous wellness conferences annually, she has been awarded certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She recieved a degree in exercise physiology with a core focus in sports nutrition. In 2011, she was trained in both corrective exercise and performance enhancement. “I work with an outstanding team of trainers to provide customized health and fitness plans.
